2017 URAIDLA AND SUMMERTOWN COUNTRY SHOW A GREAT FAMILY DAY OUT
Located over 25 minutes from the Adelaide CBD in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, the quiet township of Uraidla is set to be transformed into a hub of excitement on the 5th November 2017 when the annual Horticultural and Floricultural show hits town.
Featuring an action packed line-up of entertainment, family activities, rides, market stalls, exhibits, competitions, delicious food options and some of the best wine from Adelaide Hills region, there will be something for every member of the family!
Featuring all the attractions of an old-fashioned country show in such close proximity to the Adelaide CBD allows visitors to experience a taste of country life. With agricultural displays and fresh fruit and veggies available from local farmers, log chopping competitions and a traditional Devonshire tea, a day at the show will offer visitors huge variety.
Bands and local musicians will provide entertainment throughout the day while more unique events including an old fashioned Tiersman Challenge will keep punters entertained throughout the day.
Incorporated the Uraidla Sustainability Fair, an event which showcases sustainable lifestyle options and a wide array of industry experts providing presentations through the day, the Sunday 5th November event will be the perfect opportunity for visitors to educate themselves on ways to incorporate sustainable options into their lives.
Visits will be able to relax in the shade by the food and wine tent, experiencing some of the best local wines while listening to music from talented local artists.
With a low entry price of only $5 per person and kids under 12 free, this great family friendly event features plant of free activities and a whole range of truly unique experiences.
